Hali Navarre opened SB Elite in 2008. She manages the gym as well as coaches tumbling and cheer classes. Through cheerleading Hali instills work ethic, responsibility, and team work into her students. She has created a family-oriented gym that gives personal attention to each athlete. Hali lives in Longville, LA with her husband, Glen Navarre, and their children.
